Key Responsibilities Lead and Sales Management \u25AA Oversee lead generation from socialmedia platforms and expos, ensuring proper migration to field executives andself-assigned leads. \u25AA Record and follow up on leads fromassociated service engineers. \u25AA Manage dealership agreements andsupport weekly sales planning. \u25AA Prepare quotations for personal andfield executives requests. Customer Engagement \u25AA Make at least 50 outbound calls dailyto engage leads and drive order closures. \u25AA Utilize email and WhatsApp to connectwith customers for Export and SBU 5 products. \u25AA Actively respond to social mediainquiries and comments to nurture potential leads. \u25AA Generate P1 leads for self andservice engineers in non-executive regions. \u25AA Close orders in regions withoutdedicated executives. Target Achievement \u25AA Consistently meet monthly orderbooking and dispatch targets. \u25AA Provide daily, weekly, and monthlyreports on target vs. actual performance. Other Responsibilities \u25AA Collaborate with service and salesteams to deliver excellent customer support. \u25AA Regularly update lead status andsales performance. \u25AA Contribute to process enhancementsand engagement strategies. \u25AA Audit P1 leads for all executives toensure accuracy and quality.
