Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Customer Care & Sales Executive based in Mumbai. The role entails delivering exceptional customer support by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and managing feedback. You will actively engage with prospective and existing clients to promote services, process sales, and maintain customer relationships. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining service records and collaborating with the team to achieve sales goals and enhance the overall customer experience.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, active listening, and a customer-centric approach
• Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Proficiency in sales strategies, negotiation, and problem-solving
• Organizational skills and attention to detail for record-keeping and coordination
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software
• Fluency in English and local languages is an advantage
