Job Summary: Call Center Representative will be responsible for updating employment information by checking the available documents or calling employers based in the USA. These calls are made in reference to mortgage loans that the customer might have or intent to take. Position Overview: Processing the allocated files for: Evidence of Employment Review the available documents and contact employers to update the borrower’s employment information when needed Essential Job Functions: Processing the allocated files for Evidence of employment Emailing or faxing request for information on current or past employment, when needed Understanding the priority of the loan and meeting the timelines for closure Making outbound calls to talk to various employers to verify data in the US, when needed Respond to incoming calls timely and accurately Meet productivity and quality goals set by the department. Follows all workflows and appropriately documents employment information Ensures safety and confidentiality of Employees, property, and data. Participates in skills training, as requested. Adheres to, and maintains compliance with, all Federal, State, and local laws and Universal policies and procedures. Performs other related duties as required and assigned. Requirements: Quick learner with excellent written and verbal communication skills Ability to comprehend and respond to customers using a native US accents and articulate solutions or issues Strong knowledge of using Microsoft Office Product Suite on a computer as paper or notes are not available Can manage one’s own time for breaks, learning and processing cases Capable of Data Entry at a minimum of 32 WPM A minimum of 1 year of experience in US mortgage (Servicing/ Originations) preferred Displays the ability to plan and organize data sequentially Adheres to the policy and procedures of the clients and the organization Flexible to work in shift around a 24/7 work schedule Education: Must be a graduate Proficient in MS Office Role & responsibilities
