Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Representative at NURA - Sustained Health with Active-AI Screening in Kozhikode. The Call Center Representative will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining customer satisfaction, utilizing interpersonal skills, offering customer support, and demonstrating computer literacy in day-to-day tasks.
