Role & responsibilities Handling Inbound/Outbound Calls: Manage incoming and outgoing calls for customer inquiries, support, or related queries. Providing Customer Assistance: Address customer questions, concerns, and complaints in a clear and efficient manner, ensuring a positive customer experience. Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot issues, provide appropriate solutions, and follow up to ensure full resolution of problems. Adherence to Protocols: Follow company guidelines, scripts, and call center procedures. Maintain service quality standards. Preferred candidate profile 1.Educational Background: Intermediate (Qualified) 2.Both Male and Female can apply. 3.Should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi and English (Mandate) 4.Willing to work in contractual role.
