German based MNC specialized in Elevators and escalator looking for a professional with the experience in inbound & outbound calls and handling customer escalation. Role & responsibilities Managing inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner. Follow communication scripts when handling different topics. Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way. Effectively solving customer issues, complaints and inquiries. Adhering to all company policies and procedures. Preferred candidate profile Fluency in multiple languages (English , Hindi , Marathi),. Flexible in working in inbound , outbound and backend work (data updation work). Flexible in working any shifts. Perks and benefits Flexible working in rotational shifts (3 Shifts). Cab facility is available for morning & afternoon shift.
