Call Center Executive

Job Description

Initiate outbound calls to prospective customers to present and promote products or services. Follow up on leads generated through marketing campaigns or referrals. Build rapport and establish trust with potential clients to understand their needs and offer suitable solutions. Maintain accurate records of conversations, lead status, and sales progress using designated tools. Handle customer objections professionally and guide them toward a positive decision. Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate follow-ups, demos, or meetings when required. Stay updated on product/service knowledge and market trends to effectively engage prospects.
