Job Description

We are hiring enthusiastic Call Handling Agents to join our team! If you have a background in biology, nursing, dietetics, or a related field and enjoy communicating with people, this is a great opportunity to apply your knowledge in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities: Handle incoming and outgoing calls efficiently and professionally Provide accurate information and guidance related to health, nutrition, or related topics Record and update call details in the system Coordinate with internal teams to resolve queries Ensure the regular follow-ups Skills: Good communication skills Empathy and patience in handling health-related queries Basic computer literacy Knowledge of medical terminology Minimum educational background: Graduate degree in a health or life sciences field such as: BSc Nursing BSc Biology / Zoology / Microbiology / Biotechnology BSc Dietetics / Nutrition BPharm (Bachelor of Pharmacy) BPT (Physiotherapy) BHMS, BAMS or other paramedical degrees Prior experience in hospitals, clinics, healthcare BPOs, or call centers is preferred
