We are scaling aggressively and looking for a sales leader who can help us achieve ₹10 lakhs+ revenue per month consistently. What You’ll Own (Core Responsibilities) Drive monthly revenue target of ₹10 lakhs through student admissions. Lead, mentor, and monitor BDs across 2 branches. Own the sales funnel : lead nurturing, walk-ins, counselling, and final conversions. Implement structured SOPs for lead follow-up and admissions. Collaborate with Marketing on campaigns and outreach activities. Requirements: Experience: Minimum 3+ years of proven sales experience in EdTech, training, or education institutes. Strong record of consistently achieving ₹8–10 lakh+ revenue/month. People management experience (handled a team of 8–20 members). Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi, Telugu (preferred) and Hindi. Data-driven and process-oriented. Willing to travel to Vijayawada branch twice a month. What’s in It for You?
