Job Title: Senior Calibration Engineer – Measuring Instruments & Pressure Gauges Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Experience: 2+ years in calibration lab Job Type: Full-time Contact: info@itcpllab.com Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Senior Calibration Engineer to join our team, specializing in the calibration of measuring instruments and pressure gauges . The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in a calibration lab environment, ensuring precision, compliance, and efficiency in all calibration activities. Key Responsibilities: Calibration & Testing: Perform accurate calibration of measuring instruments (e.g., micrometres, calipers, thread gauges, ring gauges, thickness gauges) and pressure gauges (analog/digital) as per ISO/IEC 17025, NABL, or OEM standards. Operate and maintain calibration equipment (pressure comparators, LMM etc.). Documentation & Compliance: Prepare detailed calibration certificates, reports, and compliance records. Ensure adherence to quality management systems (QMS) and lab safety protocols. Troubleshooting & Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve instrument discrepancies. Schedule and perform routine maintenance of lab equipment. Team Collaboration: Train junior technicians and support lab audits. Coordinate with clients to understand calibration requirements. Qualifications & Skills: ✅ Education: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical/Instrumentation Engineering or related field. ✅ Experience: Minimum 2 years in a calibration lab (NABL-accredited lab preferred). Proficiency with pressure calibrators, LMM, and metrology software . ✅ Certifications: NABL/ISO 17025 training or relevant certifications is a plus . ✅ Soft Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
