About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and experienced CakePHP Developer to join our dynamic development team. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining robust, scalable web applications using CakePHP 4. If you have a strong background in PHP development, are passionate about clean and maintainable code, and are looking to work on exciting projects—this role is for you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications using CakePHP 4.
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code.
• Implement database structures, queries, and procedures (MySQL or equivalent).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
• Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
• Troubleshoot, test, and maintain the core product software and databases.
• Stay updated with the latest web technologies and trends.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in CakePHP (preferably version 4).
• Proficiency in PHP, MySQL, JavaScript, HTML5, and CSS3.
• Strong understanding of MVC design patterns and OOP principles.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.
• Familiarity with version control tools like Git.
• Ability to write and maintain technical documentation.
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.

Good to Have:

Knowledge of AJAX, jQuery, and Bootstrap.

Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS or hosting control panels.

Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
