Job Summary CAG Yamaha is looking for an experienced General Manager Sales & Operations to oversee sales, operations, and manpower across three branches. The role involves driving sales, managing team performance, coordinating deliveries, overseeing finance and vendor relations, and ensuring compliance with Yamaha SOPs. Key Responsibilities Sales & Target Achievement Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets for all 3 branches. Drive enquiry generation and manage conversions. Allocate targets to branches and monitor performance. Manpower Management & Training Hire, train, and manage sales staff across branches. Conduct product training and skill development programs. Set performance goals and implement incentive plans. Delivery & Vehicle Operations Oversee vehicle delivery, stock movement, and billing accuracy. Ensure compliance with delivery SOPs, RTO processes, and documentation. Finance & Loan Operations Coordinate with finance teams and vendors for loan approvals. Ensure accurate processing of finance offers and claims. Reporting & OEM Coordination Prepare sales and performance reports for senior management. Coordinate with Yamaha corporate for vehicle booking and load requirements. Ensure compliance with all Yamaha audits and SOPs. Marketing & Branding Plan marketing activities to increase foot traffic and sales. Oversee promotional campaigns and Yamaha events (roadshows, branding, etc.). Admin & Inter-Department Coordination Work with Admin, Accounts, and Security teams to ensure smooth operations. Ensure compliance with internal processes and RTO, billing, and security SOPs. Customer Satisfaction & Market Reputation Ensure top-notch customer experience across branches. Improve customer reviews and maintain a strong market reputation. Required Qualifications & Skills Education: Graduate (MBA/Engineering preferred). Experience: 5-8 years in OEM automobile operations (min. 3 years in senior leadership). Skills: Leadership, team management, communication, financial acumen, problem-solving. Computer Skills: MS Office proficiency; knowledge of dealership management systems. Personal Attributes Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to lead teams and drive performance. Well-organized, process-oriented, and result-driven.
