Job Description

Role Overview:The Food Preparation Staff is responsible for preparing, cooking, and assembling food items according to recipes, maintaining high quality and hygiene standards, and ensuring timely order fulfillment in a fast-paced cloud kitchen environment. Key Responsibilities:Prepare and cook dishes as per company recipes and portion sizes. Ensure food quality, taste, and presentation are consistent. Maintain proper storage of raw materials and ingredients using FIFO. Follow food safety and hygiene standards (FSSAI/HACCP). Assist in stock checking, labeling, and inventory control. Ensure timely preparation during peak delivery hours. Keep kitchen equipment and workstations clean and sanitized. Support team members with opening and closing kitchen duties.
