As a Cafe Manager in Madurai, your role will involve supervising daily cafe operations and ensuring smooth functioning. You will be responsible for managing staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards of food quality, hygiene, and customer service. Additionally, you will handle inventory, stock ordering, and vendor coordination, while monitoring sales performance and implementing strategies to achieve targets.
