CAE Strength/ durability Analysis- Chassis/suspension

As a CAE Strength & Durability Analyst in the automotive domain based in Chennai with 6 to 10 years of experience, your role will involve the following responsibilities: - **CAE Model Development:** You will be responsible for building high-quality Durability CAE assembly models for chassis suspension, which includes defining constraints and loads. - **Performance Analysis:** Conduct Stiffness, Strength, and Durability Analysis to ensure the quality and reliability of the suspension and steering subsystems/components. - **Requirement Fulfillment:** Apply Durability CAE methods to meet the HTIS requirements for suspension and steering subsystems/components. - **Cross-Functional Collaboration:** Collaborate with Chassis systems and component departments to provide analytical support for product development and problem-solving. - **Model Enhancement & Validation:** Work closely with Design & Release engineers to enhance model predictability, correlation, and validation for improved performance. - **Model Correlation:** Conduct model correlations to verify the functionality of the subsystems. - **Results Interpretation & Documentation:** Interpret analysis results, draw conclusions, and document the findings effectively. - **Communication:** Engage in effective communication with engineers, Design & Release team, and technicians to ensure smooth collaboration. Qualifications required for this role include: - Expertise in FEA/Durability Software such as Ansa/Hypermesh, Abaqus, nCODE, and FE-Safe. - Strong proficiency in engineering tools and systems. - Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication skills. - Critical thinking and problem-solving mindset.
