CAD Mechanical Design Engineer _ Bangalore Experience - 3 Years to 7 Years Location - Bangalore Notice period - Immediate to 30 days Job Description : Will be responsible for different phases in design process from Pre-scope activities to Product launch. Working from dimensional concept to new concept generation based on engineering design requirement. Creating 3D-CAD Design of products, parts, assemblies, and subassemblies including detailed drafting, dimensioning and tolerancing using NX 2007 . Product design based on DFM and DFA principals as per Nexteer standard Practices and procedures. Planning and executing mechanical designs using Siemens NX CAD. Strong Knowledge in Sheet metal Stamping Components design, tooling & manufacturing. Plastic knowledge is added advantage. Responsible for engineering calculations for basic stress and strength calculations, 3D Simulation for various components. Tolerance stack-up Analysis and GD&T. Responsible for Project management activities including BOM management, EDN, ECN, Design Skills Required : UG NX tool , Teamcenter , 2D and 3D Modeling, ECR, ECN ,ECO, GD&T , Sheet metal or Plastic mate rial , DFM and DFA If you are interested to the position.
