List of Activities Design and drafting of products, tools, gages, fixture, automation assemblies etc. Prepare of 3D models, 2D drawings of assemblies, subassemblies components. Preparation of BOM. Ensure full compliance with data management policies with respective dept. such as Windchill, folder structure etc. Preparation of concept design/enhancement as per the application of the designed part. Requirement engineering, feasibility check and alignment with global team members during the development of designs. Perform quality check/self-validation of drawings and key parameters. Integrate supplier parts into our designs work with other related tools such as SAP, P4T, if necessary. Develop understanding of Miba components, their applications manufacturing process. Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, customers, development partners as and when required. Participate in knowledge sharing within the team. Involve in Continuous improvement of design PDP process. Requirements Soft Skills Assuming personal responsibility demonstrating reliability Own Initiatives and perseverance Customer Orientation Conceptual skills Creative Thinking Ability to Cooperate Excellent written and verbal communication skills Professional Expertise Bachelor/diploma in mechanical, electrical, mechatronics or equivalent engineering. Minimum 3 years of professional experience in CAD. Strong understanding of GDT concepts, design standards. Strong working experience in modelling, drafting, Assembly, Surfacing etc. in CAD tools. Good experience with Windchill PLM tool. Hands on experience with AutoCAD / Inventor / Creo / SolidWorks etc. (at least one of these as primary tool). Exposure to automotive industry, SPM, eMobility applications is an added advantage.
