CAD Designer - Contractual

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Generation of layout and general arrangement drawingsCreation of 3D models, assemblies, Drawings, Bill of material (BOM) & customer specific designs. Maintain Material library records and update the materials library files as and when needed in PLM Prepare SOP for design and CAD activities, improve efficiency and quality of design and drafting. Preferred candidate profile Experience with design of industrial equipment preferred. Working experience of large assemblies, Standard Modeling, Standard Drawing, GD&T, Sheet metal, Frame maker, Routine, i-parts, i-assemblies, Metal Forming processes, etc. on Autodesk inventor. Well versed with PLM systems. (Autodesk Vault Preferred) Ability to define and executes small automation projects using VB/C# & I-logic in Inventor. This will be on contract for 1 year on our payroll.
