Job Description

Role & responsibilities Supervise and coordinate daily activities within the cable harness department. 2). Oversee the production process to ensure timely delivery of cable harnesses as per the production schedule. 3). Implement and maintain quality control systems for cable harness production. 4). Ensure that team members follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety protocols. 5). Evaluate new technologies and tools that can enhance the cable harness production process. Preferred candidate profile 1.Familiarity with different types of cables, connectors, and wiring components used in medical devices. 2). In-depth understanding of medical device industry standards, such as ISO 13485, UL certification, and FDA regulations 3). Proficiency in identifying defects and failure modes in cables and harnesses and implementing corrective and preventive actions
