Job Description

Cable Design Engineer Zuken E3:

Eligibility Criteria:

Educational qualification: Diploma or Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical & Electronics / Other Electrical/Electronic branch
Years of Experience: 2 to 8 years of Electrical/Electronic industry experience

Primary Responsibilities:

BOMs creation & BOM management, understanding of the drawings.
Cable creation, Working knowledge of tools like Zuken E3S, E-Plan, iPLM, Teamcenter etc..
Read, interpret and create electrical schematics, cable drawings, system interconnects and BOMs.
Interact with Engineering design group/Cross functional teams/Supplier for design changes & update drawings/documentation
Electrical/Electronic Component selection and Obsolescence management.

Mandatory Skills

Hands on exp in BOMs creation & BOM management, understanding of the drawings.
Hands on exp of Cable creation, Working knowledge of tools like Zuken E3S, Teamcenter etc..
Energetic & good communication skills, positive attitude.
Strong working knowledge in Cable harness Components selection, Cable & Interconnects and Schematics design
Good knowledge in electrical & electronic component selection
Good communication with Problem-Solving Skills.

Desirable Skill:

Knowledge in Safety standards for Electrical & Electronics systems - NEC, NFPA, UL 508, IEC standard, IPC, SEMI Standard et
