Our Client a Financial Services Company needs - Post : FP&A Manager Location : Bengaluru (Work from Office) Experience : 5 Years Qualification: Chartered Accountant (CA) Salary : 18 LPA About the Role: Our Client is looking for a highly analytical and strategic FP&A Manager to lead financial planning, balance sheet management, business projections, and cash flow analysis. This role will play a key part in shaping the companys financial strategy and decision-making process. Key Responsibilities: Financial Planning & Forecasting: Develop financial models, forecasts, and business projections. Balance Sheet Management : Analyze and optimize the companys financial position. Business Plan Creation : Work on long-term financial strategies and investment plans. Cash Flow Analysis: Monitor liquidity and cash flow requirements for sustainable growth. Strategic Advisory: Provide insights on cost optimization, revenue growth, and capital allocation. Variance Analysis: Track actuals vs. projections, identify gaps, and suggest corrective actions. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with senior leadership, investors, and department heads. Compliance & Risk Management: Ensure adherence to financial regulations and company policies. Key Requirements: Chartered Accountant (CA) with 5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance or strategy. Strong knowledge of financial modeling, cash flow management, and business planning . This position will be critical in representing the company and taking over debt and equity discussions with banks/FI/NBFCs and potential investors Experience in working with balance sheets, P&L analysis, and strategic finance . Proficiency in Excel, Financial reporting tools, and ERP systems . Exhibit strong communications skill. Excellent analytical communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a dynamic environment and present financial insights to stakeholders.
