We’re looking for a detail-oriented professional with strong analytical and mind calculation skills to support our finance and compliance functions.
Job Description:
* Prepare and maintain books of accounts, ledgers, and reconciliations.
* Assist in preparation and finalization of financial statements.
* Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.
* Prepare and file GST, TDS, and Income Tax returns.
* Assist in tax planning and compliance activities.
* Handle tax-related queries and documentation.
* Support statutory, internal, and tax audits.
* Ensure compliance with regulatory guidelines.
* Maintain proper documentation for audit and compliance.
* Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis.
* Prepare MIS and variance analysis reports.
* Provide financial analysis support to management.
* Process vendor payments, invoices, and reconciliations.
* Manage accounts receivable and follow-up on outstanding payments.
* Support payroll-related accounting activities.
* Coordinate with auditors, consultants, banks, and authorities.
* Assist in ad-hoc financial projects and analysis.
* Work closely with other departments for smooth financial operations.
