CA Fresher - Financial Reporting / Consolidation

As a Financial Reporting professional, you will be responsible for preparing and managing the financial reporting process. This includes consolidating financial statements, preparing quarterly and annual financial reports, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards like GAAP and IFRS, as well as regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare and review financial statements such as balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. - Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and key performance indicators, providing valuable insights to management for strategic decision-making. - Establish and maintain effective internal financial controls to safeguard company assets and ensure compliance with internal policies and procedures. - Coordinate external audits conducted by independent auditors, providing necessary support and documentation during the audit process. Address audit findings and implement corrective actions to strengthen financial controls and reporting. - Conduct financial analysis including variance analysis, profitability analysis, and financial modeling to support business decisions, budgeting, and forecasting. - Stay updated on financial regulations specific to the renewable energy industry and ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations through tax filings, industry-specific disclosures, and statutory reporting. - Continuously evaluate and improve financial reporting processes, streamline workflows, and implement best practices. Identify opportunities to automate and enhance reporting capabilities using financial systems and tools. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field. - Professional certification such as CPA or CFA is preferred. - Strong knowledge of accounting standards like GAAP and IFRS. - Experience in financial reporting, analysis, and audit coordination. - Excellent analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data effectively. - Familiarity with financial systems and tools for reporting and analysis. - Strong attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines.
