Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Solution Design & Architecture: Lead end-to-end architecture and design of AEM solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance. AEM Implementation: Oversee the development and customization of AEM components, templates, workflows, and integrations. Integration Expertise: Design seamless integrations with third-party applications, including CRM, DAM, Analytics, and Commerce platforms . Cloud & DevOps: Implement and manage AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS) or on-premise solutions with CI/CD pipelines. Performance Optimization: Ensure high availability, caching strategies (Dispatcher), and system tuning for optimal performance. Security & Compliance: Define best practices for authentication, authorization, and secure data handling within AEM. Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business teams, developers, and leadership to translate requirements into technical solutions. Mentorship: Guide and mentor AEM developers and technical teams to maintain best practices and coding standards. Required Skills & Qualifications: Technical Expertise: 8+ years of experience in AEM development & architecture Strong knowledge of OSGi, Apache Sling, JCR, and AEM Dispatcher Experience with Java, HTL (Sightly), JSP, and JavaScript frameworks (React, Angular, Vue.js) Understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, JSON, and microservices Cloud & DevOps: Experience with AEM as a Cloud Service (AEMaaCS), AWS, Azure, Kubernetes, Docker CI/CD pipeline management with Adobe Cloud Manager, Jenkins, or GitHub Actions Architecture & Integration: Hands-on experience with Headless CMS, Content as a Service (CaaS) Proven ability to integrate AEM with Adobe Analytics, Target, and third-party platforms Agile & Stakeholder Management: Strong collaboration skills in Agile/Scrum environments Ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions
