About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled .NET SDET with strong Selenium expertise to design and implement scalable test automation frameworks. The ideal candidate will be proficient in C#, .NET, Selenium WebDriver, and OOPs concepts, with hands-on experience in building frameworks that are reliable, maintainable, and CI/CD ready.

Key Responsibilities

Design and develop test automation frameworks in C#/.NET using Selenium WebDriver.

Implement Page Object Model (POM) and reusable test libraries.

Ensure the automation framework is scalable, reliable, and maintainable for long-term projects.

Apply OOPs principles (abstraction, inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation) in framework design.

Implement Dependency Injection for modular and flexible test code.

Develop robust logging mechanisms (log4net, NLog, Serilog) for tracking execution.

Integrate detailed reporting tools (Extent Reports, Allure, ReportUnit).

Retrieve and manage test data from Excel (using ClosedXML, EPPlus, or Interop).

Optimize test execution by identifying common paths and improving performance.

Collaborate with developers and QA teams to integrate automation into CI/CD pipelines (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Contribute to UI automation, API testing, and data-driven testing strategies.

Required Skills

Strong hands-on experience in C#, .NET Framework/Core, and OOPs concepts.

Expertise in Selenium WebDriver with C#.

Experience in framework design (NUnit, xUnit, MSTest, SpecFlow).

Strong understanding of Page Object Model (POM) and Hybrid/Data-Driven frameworks.

Experience with Dependency Injection (Autofac, Unity, Ninject).

Familiarity with logging frameworks (log4net, NLog, Serilog).

Knowledge of reporting tools (Extent Reports, Allure).

Ability to work with Excel test data sources (ClosedXML, EPPlus).

Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).

Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills in Selenium and test automation.

Knowledge of BDD (SpecFlow/Cucumber).

Experience in API automation (RestSharp, Postman, Swagger).

Exposure to performance testing (JMeter, k6).

Knowledge of Cloud platforms (Azure, AWS).
