Candidate Criteria & Reasons: Strong Coding Experience Hands-on experience with LeetCode and HackerRank , with expertise in medium to hard-level coding challenges . Reason: The interview process includes coding tests at this difficulty level. Prior experience ensures the candidate has the required problem-solving skills. Immediate Joiners Candidates must be available to join by March 3rd . Reason: Candidates who are not available to join immediately will not be onboarded , as project deadlines require urgent fulfillment. Interview Availability Candidates must be available for interviews within the next three days . Reason: The hiring process is time-sensitive, and we need to finalize candidates quickly. Excellent Communication Skills Proficiency in English (written & verbal) is mandatory. Reason: Strong written communication skills are required for explaining solutions clearly, especially in remote work environments.
