Job Description

This position shall be responsible for procurement of Import Bough out parts required for manufacturing of Injection Moulding machine. Generate Purchase orders and take Follow up with suppliers for Timely Delivery of open orders. Get Quotation with suppliers for new parts based on Design release and do negotiation for getting best price and finalizing other Commerical Terms. Work with Suppliers to get Cost reduction based on Commodity prices and volumes, Reduction of Lead times, Resolving Quality issues and Developemnt of new parts along with Quality and Design. Co-ordinate with shop floor, Planning for updating part status for Plan machines. Inventory control, Rescheduling, Review meetings, Process improvement, etc. Team: This role will be a part of Buyer for Import Bough out Team. Basic Qualifications: BE/B tech in Mechanical/Electrical with Minimum 5+ Years of experience of Procurement. Preferred Qualifications: Nice to have Experience of Import procurement, Knowledge of Hydraulic and Electrical parts, Negotiation skills, Supplier Development, etc.
