In this role, you will be responsible to drive revenue growth by building strong client relationships, understanding their needs and helping them navigate the housing market with ease. Key Responsibilities: Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, conduct property visits, provide in-depth property information, and guide clients through the buying process to ensure a seamless experience. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and close deals, ensuring a smooth transition from prospect to customer. Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to effectively position Truvaproducts and services. Prospecting and Lead Generation: Work closely with the growth and marketing team to strategize and optimize customer funnels and outreach platforms, including social media, listing platforms, brokers, referrals, etc. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to align sales strategies and provide feedback on customer needs and preferences. PL Impact: Over time, take ownership of managing and strategizing growth initiatives while being accountable for the Profit Loss (PL) at a micro-market level. Qualifications: Bachelordegree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, strategic partnerships, key account management, preferably in the tech space Strong understanding of the housing market and customer needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
