The designer will be responsible for creating engaging designs for both online and offline promotions, while maintaining brand consistency across all platforms. Roles & Responsibilities 1. Brand & Marketing Design Design creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, WhatsApp, ads) Create promotional banners, posters, and flyers for store campaigns Design creatives for sales, festive offers, new launches, and promotions 2. In-Store & Print Design Design in-store posters, and window display visuals Create garment tags, labels, packaging, and price tags Support visual merchandising themes and concepts 3. Digital & Online Assets Design website banners, product creatives, and emailers Create ad creatives for Meta and Google Ads Design UI creatives and layouts using Figma (for website, landing pages, ads, or digital assets) Optimize designs for various platforms and formats 4. Brand Identity & Consistency Maintain brand colours, fonts, and design guidelines Ensure all creatives align with the Buttons & Threads brand identity Coordinate with the marketing and store teams for campaign execution 5. Coordination & Revisions Work with printing vendors and internal teams Make revisions based on feedback within timelines Handle multiple design tasks efficiently Key Skills & Requirements Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop Working knowledge of Figma for digital and UI-based designs Knowledge of Canva and social media formats Strong creativity, visual sense, and attention to detail Ability to meet deadlines and work independently Application Requirement (Mandatory)Interested candidates must share their updated resume along with a link to their design portfolio (Google Drive, personal website, etc.). Buttons & Threads is looking for a reliable and detail-oriented to manage day-to-day accounting, compliance, and financial records. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with Zoho Books and Tally and be comfortable handling retail and project-based accounting operations. Roles & Responsibilities: 1. Accounting & Bookkeeping Record daily transactions including sales, purchases, expenses, and payments Maintain accurate books of accounts on Zoho Books and Tally Manage accounts payable and receivable 2. Billing & Invoicing Track outstanding payments and follow up with vendors/customers Handle expense bills and reimbursements 3. Reporting & Analysis: Assist in P&L statements and expense analysis Provide financial data to management as required 4. Coordination & Documentation: Maintain proper documentation and records Support payroll processing and statutory filings Mandatory Skills & Requirements: Minimum 2 years of experience as an Accountant Strong working knowledge of Zoho Books and Tally (mandatory) Basic knowledge of GST, invoicing, and compliance Attention to detail and accuracy Ability to meet deadlines and work independently
