Job Description

We are looking for highly skilled and experienced Butler professionals with 1-3 years of experience to join our team at The Leela Palace. As a Butler, you will provide exceptional service to our guests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction.

Roles and Responsibility

Greet and welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
Anticipate guest needs and tailor personalized experiences to enhance satisfaction.
Manage room assignments, coordinate with other departments, and handle guest requests efficiently.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization in guest rooms and public areas.
Develop and maintain knowledge of hotel services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information to guests.
Collaborate with colleagues to achieve excellent customer service and resolve issues promptly.

Job Requirements

Proven experience as a Butler or in a related field within the hospitality industry.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to interact effectively with guests and colleagues.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential for handling complex situations.
Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Knowledge of hotel operations, including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance procedures, is beneficial.
Familiarity with luxury hotels and high-end service standards is preferred.
