We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive / Tele sales professional with expertise in the real estate or hospitality industry to join our team. Key Responsibilities: Contact potential clients via phone, email, and other communication platforms to introduce our properties and services. Effectively present and promote our real estate offerings to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our properties. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and loyalty. Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights and recommendations. Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs set by the management. Negotiate terms and conditions with clients to close sales deals successfully. Conduct follow-up activities with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and progress reports into the CRM for management review. Work closely with other departments, including marketing, customer service, and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience. Requirements: Proven experience in sales, preferably in the real estate or hospitality industry. Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to engage and persuade clients. Strong customer service orientation with a passion for exceeding client expectations.
