Position: Business HR Location: Pune Department: Human Resource Summary: The business HR role serves as a strategic partner to business leaders, ensuring alignment between HR initiatives and organizational goals. This role focuses on employee engagement, talent management, compliance, and HR operations to foster a productive and positive workplace culture. The Business HR professional collaborates closely with stakeholders to drive people-centric strategies, enhancing employee experience and business performance. Key Duties & Responsibilities: Act as an HR advisor to business leaders, providing insights on people strategies. Collaborate with leadership teams to align HR solutions with business goals. Address and resolve employee concerns effectively, ensuring a positive work environment. Address employee queries related to payroll, benefits, and policies Ensure adherence to HR policies, labor laws, and compliance requirements. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, confirmation, and exit formalities. Oversee HR analytics and reporting for informed decision-making. Identify training needs and facilitate learning programs in collaboration with L&D teams. Support leadership development and career growth initiatives. Technical Skills/Competencies: Customer relationship building and maintaining (Rapport Building) Observation skill (with Objective) Competence to derive the solution & conviction to drive initiatives Strong communication and stakeholder management skills across all levels. Data-driven decision-making with HR analytics and workforce metrics. Initiative-driven with the ability to work independently in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Education: MBA/PGDM in Human Resource Experience: 3-4 years in relevant industry and profile
