Job Description

Role Overview: You will be responsible for leading strategy, operations, and P&L management for the business unit. Your role will require strong leadership, business acumen, and the ability to drive growth while maintaining operational excellence. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute strategic business plans that align with company objectives. - Take ownership of P&L responsibility and achieve revenue and profitability targets. - Drive business growth by identifying new opportunities, forming partnerships, and fostering innovation. - Lead high-performing teams, focus on talent development, and establish succession planning. - Manage client and stakeholder relationships to ensure long-term business success. - Oversee daily operations to maintain quality, compliance, and customer satisfaction. Qualification Required: - Demonstrated experience in P&L management with strong leadership skills. - Possess a strategic and analytical mindset along with operational execution capabilities. - Excellent communication skills, stakeholder management, and team-building abilities.
