• Lead and manage a team of 6 professionals, ensuring collaboration and high performance.
• Oversee end-to-end event execution including planning, budgeting, and delivery with strong problem-solving capabilities.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring excellent relationship management and repeat business.
• Develop and deliver impactful presentations, pitches, and proposals to acquire new business.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive business development in the corporate events sector.
• Work closely with creative, production, and operations teams to ensure seamless event delivery.
• Track industry trends and adopt innovative solutions to enhance client experiences.
• 12–15 years of experience in the event industry (mandatory).
• Strong expertise in client servicing, business development, and event execution.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to mentor and manage a team of 6.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Ability to perform under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficiency in Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive, Gmail, etc.)
