Business Unit Controller

As an Assistant at LSEG, your role will involve assisting in verifying financial data in compliance with Group procedures on a periodic basis. You will also contribute to maintaining appropriate internal controls over financial reporting processes. Your responsibilities will include supporting in understanding and adhering to all financial and accounting regulations and legislation. Additionally, you will be involved in preparing and reviewing periodic financial statements of business/geography/function/division in a timely and accurate manner and supporting analyses of material variances. Your role will also require you to assist, support, and coordinate responses to audits. Qualifications & Experience required for this role include a Qualification Degree (or equivalent) and a globally recognized professional accounting qualification (preferred). Previous experience in reporting and financial control would be helpful.
