Business UAT Analyst -Spanish

As a Business UAT Analyst in Card Marketing team validation team at JP Morgan Chase, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of marketing campaigns through your expertise in testing strategies. Your responsibilities will include developing and maintaining test scenarios, test plans, and test cases for various types of campaigns, with a focus on emails, direct mails, and microsites. **Job Responsibilities:** - Interact with campaign management, project management, and development teams to understand project/campaign objectives - Develop and lead test strategy and generate scripts for testing cycles, both manual and automated - Review campaign requirements and documentation to ensure quality of test suites - Collaborate with business and technology leads to define acceptable test results and performance criteria - Maintain version control and configuration management of test objects and environments - Create and update job aids and procedures related to testing standards - Provide support during production deployment of campaigns and conduct validation testing during off-hours/weekend release windows - Identify process gaps and optimize processes **Required Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - 2+ years of experience in end-to-end campaign testing across emails, direct mail, and microsites - Understanding of campaign processes and various communication channels to customers - Proficiency in executing automated test suites in both waterfall and Agile SDLC models - Strong project management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple projects - Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective coordination with partners, project teams, and testing teams - Strong problem-solving and interpersonal communication skills with a detail-oriented approach - Proficiency in written and spoken Spanish communication **Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities, and Skills:** - Knowledge and experience with JIRA tool is preferred.,
