Job Description

Role Overview: As a Business Transformation Assoc Manager at Accenture, you will play a key role in developing transformation vision, assessing feasibility and capability gaps, managing transformation journeys, and leveraging economic trends to enhance industry competitiveness and drive sustainable growth. Your responsibilities will include executing transformation initiatives for customer support and operations under the guidance of the Transformation Lead. Key Responsibilities: - Develop transformation vision, assess feasibility, and capability gaps - Plan and manage transformation journeys - Translate economic trends into industry competitive advantage - Transform business to enable profitable and sustainable growth - Execute transformation initiatives for customer support and operations Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in any field - 5-8 years of overall experience in managing transformation for contact center operations with deep domain knowledge - Experience working in a shared service environment (BPO Provider or Captive) - Working knowledge of automation platforms (UiPath, Power Automate), analytics tools (Power BI, Alteryx), GenAI apps - Strong problem-solving, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills - Adaptable, flexible, detail-oriented with strong analytical skills - Ability to establish strong client relationships and manage global teams - Green belt certification preferred - Working knowledge of Salesforce and Genesys Additional Company Details: Accenture is a global professional services company with leading capabilities in digital, cloud, and security.
