Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing supplier onboarding processes, managing master data, and ensuring seamless integration and automation of workflows. Proficiency in SAP S4, ECC, and Informatica is essential for success in this role. Roles Responsibilities Key Responsibilities: 1. Supplier Onboarding Process: Manage end-to-end supplier onboarding. Ensure compliance with organizational and industry standards. Maintain strong communication with internal and external stakeholders. 2. Master Data Management: Handle master data updates and maintenance. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and security. Collaborate with teams to resolve data-related issues promptly 3. Power Flows and Automation: Automate workflows to enhance operational efficiency. Develop and implement power flows to streamline processes. Identify and resolve bottlenecks in existing workflows. 4. SAP Expertise: Create and manage new vendor codes in SAP. Work extensively on SAP S4 and ECC platforms. Utilize SAP tables for data analysis and reporting. 5. Informatica Integration: Utilize Informatica tools for data integration and transformation. Ensure seamless data migration between systems. Collaborate with IT teams to address system integration challenges. Eligibility Bachelors degree in B.Tech, MBA (Mechanical Preferred) 3-4 years of relevant experience. Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably with a focus on inventory optimization. Mandatory skills: Proficiency in SAP S4, ECC, and SAP tables. Hands-on experience with Informatica tools. Knowledge of vendor code creation and maintenance. Strong understanding of automation workflows. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and stakeholder management skills. Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy. Good to have: Certification in Business Analysis or Supply Chain Management. Experience in project management related to inventory optimization initiatives. Familiarity with industry best practices and emerging trends in inventory management.
