The ideal candidate should be well-versed in business concepts, case studies, and board exam preparation strategies, and should foster entrepreneurial and financial thinking in students. Key Responsibilities Curriculum Delivery: Teach Business Studies for Grades 11 & 12 as per CBSE guidelines. Lesson Planning: Develop structured and interactive lesson plans using real-world examples. Student Assessment: Conduct tests, evaluate performance, and provide feedback to support growth. Exam Preparation: Prepare students for board exams through revision plans and practice assessments. Parent Communication: Keep parents informed of academic progress and development. Professional Development: Participate in ongoing training and contribute to department initiatives. Qualification Requirements Postgraduate degree (M.Com / MBA / MA in Business or Commerce-related disciplines) OR Graduates/Postgraduates with specialization in Commerce, Management, or Business Administration and relevant teaching experience in CBSE +1 & +2 Strong communication skills in English Proficiency in MS Office tools, PowerPoint, and familiarity with digital teaching platforms Qualification Levels Founder Level: 1–3 years of experience teaching Business Studies at senior school level. Master Level: 4–8 years of experience. Supports students in board exam prep and academic mentoring. Developer Level: 9+ years of experience. Leads curriculum design, academic strategy, and case study integration. Screening Process Subject-Wise Written Test – Assessing understanding of CBSE business topics, terminology, and application-based questions. Proficiency Test – Evaluating comfort with MS Office and presentation tools. Reading Test – Conducted live on MS Teams to assess delivery clarity.
