As a dynamic individual joining the Founders Office of our client, you will work directly with the founders on high-impact business initiatives. This role offers a unique opportunity for someone with a product management background aiming to transition into business strategy, growth, and execution. Your responsibilities will include acting as a problem-solver, operator, and project owner across multiple verticals, contributing to decisions that directly influence the clients" growth journey. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate closely with the founder to drive strategic initiatives in retail, e-commerce, supply chain, and membership programs. - Take ownership of end-to-end problem statements, starting from framing opportunities to executing pilots and scaling solutions. - Apply your product mindset to introduce structured thinking and data-driven decision-making to complex business problems. - Work with cross-functional teams including tech, ops, finance, and marketing to ensure the smooth execution of key projects. - Develop dashboards, frameworks, and playbooks for business operations and strategic priorities. - Represent the Founders Office in internal and external stakeholder meetings, ensuring alignment and timely follow-ups. Qualifications Required: - 2 years of Product Management experience (or equivalent role with product exposure). - Strong problem-solving skills with comfort in ambiguity and fast-paced environments. - Analytical thinker with the ability to interpret business metrics and translate them into actionable plans. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.,
