Role Description

This is an on-site internship role for a Business Solution Architect Intern based in Kozhikode. The intern will work closely with business and technical teams to analyze business processes, gather and document business requirements, and assist in designing scalable solution architectures. Day-to-day responsibilities include conducting analyses, creating process workflows, and supporting the development and implementation of tailored business solutions to address client needs.

Qualifications

• Strong communicator with the ability to understand, analyze, and document business needs clearly.
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Comfortable interacting with internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Curious about how business logic transforms into technical applications.
• Familiarity with tools like Microsoft Word, Excel, Google Docs.
• Familiarity with designer tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients, internal teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements.
• Understand and analyze current business processes and challenges.
• Translate business needs into clear, structured documentations.
• Assist in creating mock-ups, process flows, and user journey maps to visualize business logic.
• Ensure continuous feedback loops with clients and update documentation as needed.
