Job Description

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Strategic service activities:

  • Monitoring of KPIs from Sales Force
  • Escalation monitoring and report
  • Monitoring of Service PL and deep dive analysis
  • Country Service Business deep dive analysis
  • Generation of weekly and monthly dashboard for business and operational purposes.
  • Continuous improvement:
  • Carry out permanent and sustainable actions to improve all processes within its area of responsibility, by eliminating dysfunctions and non-value-added tasks;
  • Suggest improvements to the processes in which he/she or his/her teams participate.

EDUCATION EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelors degree in economy or business minimum
  • Experience of CRMs and ERP, especially Sales force

PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE AND ABILITIES

  • English level: Bilingual
  • Interpersonal skills and good communication;
  • Professional appearance
  • Positive attitude;
  • Ability to work under pressure in changing environments;
  • Familiair with Sales Force CRM, ERP and excelent usage of Power BI
