Belvedere Marketing & PR is a strategic communications agency working with brands across diverse sectors. We’re expanding our in-house Belvedere Lab, a dedicated research and innovation unit focused on data-driven insights, product development, and business intelligence.

About the Role:
We’re looking for a highly analytical and research-oriented Business & Research Analyst to lead the Belvedere Lab. This role requires a blend of business acumen, data science understanding, and research methodology expertise.

You’ll work closely with our leadership team to:

• Conduct in-depth market, industry, and competitive research.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for our agency and clients.
• Support product and service R&D initiatives within Belvedere Lab.
• Utilize tools such as Power BI, Alteryx, and Big Data frameworks to structure and visualize insights.
• Collect and organize warm business leads for potential collaborations and projects.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in business analysis, research, or data analysis.
• Proficiency with Power BI, Alteryx, and familiarity with Big Data concepts.
• Strong research and analytical skills — from data collection to insight presentation.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business Analytics, Data Science, Economics, or related fields.
• Self-motivated and comfortable working independently in a remote setup.
