Bachelor s degree in business administration, Management, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Relevant certifications are a plus. Proven experience (5+ years) working in business process analysis and design, preferably with a focus on B2B sales processes. Solid understanding of the B2B sales cycle, including lead generation, sales qualification, customer acquisition, contract management, and post-sales processes. Experience in driving business requirement discussions and collaborating with stakeholders to align business needs with technical solutions. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to break down complex processes and identify actionable insights. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively. Customer-focused with a strong understanding of how business processes impact overall sales performance and customer experience. Detail-oriented with a passion for process optimization and driving operational excellence. Familiarity with Agile methodologies and business transformation frameworks. Must-Have Qualifications: Bachelor s or master s degree in related technical field. A minimum of 5 years of industry experience. Other requirements: Excellent communication.
