Project Role Title: Business Process Architect

Description: Analyze and design new business processes and create documentation that guides the implementation of new technologies. You will partner with business stakeholders to define product requirements, use cases, and ensure alignment with both process and functional goals. As a Business Process Architect, you will be responsible for facilitating workshops, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and delivering high-quality solutions that enhance operational efficiency and compliance.

Must Have Skills ● SAP Global Trade Services (SAP GTS)

Good to Have Skills ● SAP S/4HANA

● Implementation and Cutover Management

Key Responsibilities ● Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in SAP Global Trade Services. ● Lead and manage a team, ensuring effective collaboration and decision-making. ● Analyze and design business processes to align with organizational objectives. ● Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather business requirements and stakeholder feedback. ● Develop, maintain, and standardize process documentation for consistency and transparency. ● Provide end-to-end solutions to complex issues that span multiple teams. ● Partner with business teams to define and validate process and functional requirements. ● Ensure successful implementation, cutover, and adoption of SAP GTS processes. Professional & Technical Skills ● Deep proficiency in SAP Global Trade Services (GTS). ● Strong understanding of process mapping and modeling tools. ● Experience working on SAP S/4HANA implementations. ● Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. ● Proven experience in change management and stakeholder engagement. ● Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear business language

Educational Qualification ● Bachelor’s Degree (Engineering, Commerce, or related field). ● Minimum 15 years of full-time education required. Experience ● Minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Global Trade Services. ● Prior experience in implementation and cutover management preferred. Additional Information ● Based in Hyderabad, open to PAN India opportunities. ● Open to short-term and long-term travel. ● Strong desire to learn and adapt to emerging technologies

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹4,000,000.00 - ₹4,200,000.00 per year
