Project Role : Business Process Architect
Project Role Description : Analyze and design new business processes to create the documentation that guides the implementation of new processes and technologies. Partner with the business to define product requirements and use cases to meet process and functional requirements. Participate in user and task analysis to represent business needs.

Summary: As a Business Process Architect, you will analyze and design new business processes, creating documentation that guides the implementation of innovative processes and technologies. Your typical day involves collaborating with various stakeholders to define product requirements and use cases, ensuring that business needs are effectively represented through user and task analysis. Roles & Responsibilities: • Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in S/4HANA PaPM, supporting project kick-off and requirements gathering. • Collaborate with multiple teams and participate in key decision-making, taking ownership of team-level outcomes. • Lead workshops and meetings to collect requirements and gather stakeholder feedback. • Create and maintain process documentation to promote clarity, alignment, and consistency across teams. Professional & Technical Skills: • Strong proficiency in S/4 HANA SAP Profitability & Performance Management (PaPM). • Solid accounting foundation with hands-on experience in transfer pricing, intercompany allocations, and profitability management related to PaPM. • Strong analytical abilities to evaluate business processes and identify opportunities for improvement. • Experience in process mapping and producing clear, structured documentation. • Effective communication skills to collaborate with a wide range of teams and stakeholders. • Familiarity with project management methodologies to effectively support implementation efforts Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in SAP Profitability & Performance Management PaPM. - This position is based at our Chennai office. - A 15 years full time education is required.
