Job Description

As a Territory Manager at V Guard, your role is crucial in leading and owning the Territory management for the entire V Guard Business. You will be responsible for the end-to-end business process of off roll field sales resources (off roll - Field executives & Territory executives) across all categories and channels, ensuring the delivery of all related business priorities. Key Responsibilities: - Lead Business case creation and End to end management of LAS - Simulate and identify business opportunities for categories/geographies based on Analytics/market understanding - Manage onboarding, training, and alignment of new resources to business priorities - Design and execute territory/Category mapping for business delivery - Create and run KRAs for LAS Pan India - Develop Training/Capability frameworks and PIP Plans to deliver desired Productivity & ROI Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in business, Engineering, or related field (Tier 1/2 MBA preferred) - 4-8 years of experience in Sales, sales operations, channel planning, or market development, preferably in Electricals/Consumer Durables/Electricals - Strong analytical and data interpretation skills - Familiarity with distribution networks, B2B and B2C models, and rural/urban sales dynamics - Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Tableau, and Power BI; knowledge of CRM/SFA systems - Strategic thinking with a hands-on execution approach Additional Company Details: - V Guard is a leading brand known for its excellence in electrical and consumer durables.
