Job Description

Role Overview: As an AO Operations Supervisor at Client Management Services, your primary responsibility is to support NTT DATA Account Leaders in Contract Management, Account Governance, and Business Process Compliance activities. You will enable timely order-to-cash processes and ensure effective coordination between Sales, Forecasting, ERP, and Resourcing actions. Your role will involve supporting account operations/administrative activities, improving processes/data/compliance/awareness within or across accounts, providing proactive insights, and supporting actions related to org-wide initiatives. You will be a part of the AO Organization Business Support Team, responsible for overall contract setup and management support, account operations tracking, process compliance activities, and client onboarding activities. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize strong process/business knowledge and experience with end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes and functional knowledge of each sub-stream. - Set up newly received contracts/projects in the system (SAP, Peoplesoft, etc.) accurately and perform maintenance activities as required. - Coordinate with all Order-to-Cash sub-streams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing to customers. - Reduce unbilled items continuously and deliver upon SLAs and KPIs of the team from a production standpoint. - Engage in calls, discussions, and meetings with key stakeholders to maintain smooth communication of operational activities daily. - Track account operations, ensure process compliance, and execute repeatable administrative actions with minimal coordination ambiguity. - Provide continuous improvement ideas, analyze revenue recognition methods, work with the leadership team for feedback, identify training needs, and perform root cause analysis for iterations/escalations. - Collaborate with different teams like resource management, revenue, and finance to ensure a smooth month, quarter, and year-end closing process. Qualifications Required: - Proficiency with MS Office suite (MS Excel, MS Outlook, etc.). - Ability to effectively use systems for Projects/Time/Resource management and other functions. - Experience/exposure with SAP and Salesforce.com is an added advantage. - 10+ years of experience in at least one process area (Project/Time, Contracts/Invoicing/AR), with preference for Order management and master data management. - Experience in Operations or Back-office Support Services is preferred. - Strong communication (verbal and written) & analytical skills with the ability to understand complex business problems and propose solutions. - Self-managed individual with effective organizational and management skills, attention to detail, and ability to drive quality and optimize results. - Strong people management skills with experience in independent team handling for at least 1-3 years. - Business acumen, innovation, and initiative for driving process improvements and zero surprise operations.
