Business Operations Manager

As a Business Operations Manager at this company, your responsibilities will include: - Driving programs of strategic importance to Salesforce PS Global Delivery Center (GDC) - Working closely with Stakeholders, Sponsors, and Cross-functional teams to develop scope, deliverables, resources, and timelines for the initiatives outcomes - Managing and planning partner resources for Cloud Practices, ensuring their effectiveness on projects, and meeting GDC partner program goals Qualifications required for this role include: - 5+ years of Program Management experience specific to Business operations and 10+ years of overall IT experience - Hands-on exposure to Business operations is mandatory - Demonstrated problem-solving skills to drive improved outcomes for GDC - Strong analytical skills and ability to derive insights from data - Experience with CRM software products such as Salesforce CRM, Siebel, Clarify, Vantive, PeopleSoft, or NetSuite would be a strong asset - Advanced Microsoft Excel skills including formulas, data cleansing, and manipulation - Ability to collaborate with senior executives and understand business needs strategically - Proficiency in building presentations to communicate strategic direction across the organization - Experience with PM tools like JIRA or MS Project is a plus - Driving continuous improvements to processes for high efficiency and effectiveness of programs - Ensuring quality of deliverables with clearly defined measures and performance tracking - Proactively communicating status, risks, and issues to stakeholders and senior management - Analyzing, evaluating, and mitigating program risks, and producing program reports for managers and stakeholders - Understanding Agile-certified Scrum processes and coordinating Business & IT - Working with vendors for handling programs related to subcontractors Please note that the work location for this role is Bangalore/Hyderabad.,
