  • The
    EMEA & APAC Connected Solutions Business Operations Lead works collaboratively with the EMEA & APAC Connected Solutions Business Group Lead and the broader Connected Solutions leadership team to drive and support the group’s strategy, growth agenda, and operational excellence. The role partners closely with corporate functions, other EMEA & APAC Technology Business Operations leads, and the Global Connected Solutions Operations team to ensure a consistent and aligned approach to business operations and management across the platform.

  • In your role you will be expected to/ Roles & responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with EMEA & APAC Connected Solutions Business Group Leads, Market Units, Delivery, Growth, Industry, and Practice Leads to plan and execute the regional Connected Solutions strategy and growth initiatives.
  • Align with the Global Business Operations Lead and EMEA & APAC Technology Operations Lead to understand operational priorities and implement effective operational processes within the regional Connected Solutions team.
  • Support management of EMEA & APAC–specific MD&I investments for Connected Solutions in coordination with global and regional operations leads.
  • Provide regular business reporting, metrics, and performance analysis to leadership; identify underperformance drivers and recommend corrective actions.
  • Conduct proactive business analysis to generate data-driven insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Define and manage governance structures and leadership forums, including agenda planning, material preparation, and action tracking.
  • Develop presentations and performance summaries for internal and external stakeholders on Connected Solutions strategy and results.
  • Partner with operations, marketing, HR, learning, and finance teams to ensure alignment with business planning cycles and key operational priorities.
  • Identify and execute action plans to address financial and growth performance gaps.
  • Work with industry program leads and cross-service line leaders (S&C, Interactive, Operations) to manage campaign development, growth tracking, and strategic alignment.
  • Lead or support key priority programs and initiatives as needed.
  • Develop and manage internal communications related to business results, strategy, and programs in collaboration with HR and Finance.
  • Plan and coordinate regional Connected Solutions Town Halls, events, and trainings to strengthen collaboration, learning, and engagement across EMEA & APAC teams.

  • Proven program management track record at a global or market level
  • Deep knowledge and understanding of Accenture operating model and financial models
  • 8+ years of related consulting or IT experience; previous SALESFORCE experience preferred
  • Excellent communication, problem solving, and team management skills
  • Ability to work in a highly collaborative manner in an influence-based model
  • Exceptional track record of building relationships with stakeholders
  • Ability to function as a team player and maintain a good working relationship, yet think and act independently with professionalism, discretion, and confidentiality
